Yes. In order to use any of the Mobile Connect assets you need to have agreed the terms of one of the GSMA Mobile Connect licences. There is no cost associated with any of the Licences, simply put there are different terms for different stakeholders, for example, vendors, operators, digital service providers and channel partners. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to check whether you company has already obtained a Licence or to apply for a Licence.

We represent the interests of nearly 800 mobile operators worldwide and more than 250 companies in the broader mobile world including manufacturers, software companies and Internet providers.
