Mobile Connect Marketing Assets

The ever-widening range of Mobile Connect use-cases in different market scenarios highlights a need for flexibility around the existing License Agreement governance. This has provided an opportunity to evolve the guidelines around the usage of the Mobile Connect mark to help engender recognition and trust in the mark by association with known and trusted market brands. Although we would encourage use of the mark, it’s not compulsory for an operator or SP to use the Mobile Connect service mark should they decide its not appropriate for their service or market. The use of the Mobile Connect APIs, and adherence to the privacy principles, remains so. The Mobile Connect mark is a trademark owned by the GSMA and you must have a license from GSMA in order to use these assets. Should you decide to use the Mobile Connect mark, you will need to comply with the set guidelines.
